Description

The Brouwer M1811 grip module corrects the main ergonomic issues with the p320 platform – high bore axis, rounded slippery grip, short beavertail. The modern M1911 pistol is the standard for shooting performance, control, and ergonomics. The overall grip shape, feel, and design of the modern 1911 has not been replicated until now. With the design of the SIG P320 series, we were able to bring some of that performance and control to polymer pistols.

Hands down the best grip module for me. Had the x-carry, Wilson combat full, and now the M1811 is for sure taken the win. Held the legion and this grip is on its own level. Wish I went with the lasered version.

Fantastic grip really changes the feel and comfort of the grip compared to stock grip. Feels more natural in the hand and points amazing. Looks absolutely incredible to on p320 slide. All in all an amazing grip up there as one of the best grips for sig p320!

Absolutely love this grip and find it much faster to get a sight picture compared to the stock grip. I also find it easy to hold in my hands. Works with CA mags too. Grip texture also feels firm on the standard model without grip tape.

Easily the best polymer grip module you can get for the 320. I’ve had The regular Sig compact, X-Compact, X-Carry, P80 and the Wilson Combat carry grip modules. None of them can touch the natural indexing of the M1811. Texture is just enough without being too abrasive. If you need or like more grip you can have them make it more abrasive. It’s slim but not oblong like the Wilson. It also shoves your hand high up into the beavertail where all the other grips I have to really work my hand up into the beavertail. M1811 I get a high grip without extra finessing. The grip also just feels more solid than the other grips too. If they can make a compact model and metal versions (both aluminum and steel with swappable Grips and backstraps) there would be no reason to even consider other grip modules!

I just received this grip module about one week ago and ran it though a 40 hour class. I had been previously using the Wilson Combat grip module and this one is a major upgrade from it.

The laser engraving is very aggressive and provides lots of traction.

The only issue have had had with it was when using the stock 17 round magazines they sit flush with the flared magwell attachment which caused one failure to seat the magazine all the way into the gun on a reload. I would highly recommend using an extended baseplate (I was using the springer Precision with good success) so that is a non issue.

All in all it is a great product.

It’s one of the grip modules of all time, not good, not bad, it’s slightly better grip angle than the Wilson modules, but they want a small fortune in order to add some grip texture to it, which I dont consider worth what they’re asking. Buy one but don’t expect it to be revolutionary.

I’m two thumbs up with the Brouwer 1811 grip. I shoot the standard 1911 offerings pretty well so I jumped at the chance to replicate the grip angle for my Sig 320 M 17 and I think they a good job. The standard slightly beveled mag opening was a nice plus too! All the holsters I had on hand for factory grip module worked great including the Wilson Combat holster I acquired for the M-18. I had to spend 15 minutes carving out the opening for the thumb safety but if you’re patient it’s not much of a chore. In closing, your team did a great job. It will serve me well during my advanced tactical handgun class coming in a week.

Fits my 320 like a glove, is sturdy, and above all comfortable. The grip angle and size are perfect for my hands and much more ergonomic than the X grip series. I would recommend the silicon carbide that they offer as well. My pistol now fits like a glove.

Amazing adaptation between 1911’s and the sig p320, my wife loves it as her first race platform. Only points I noticed is the mag well could use a bit for blending and for my larger hands can’t get a full grip because of the mag well.

This grip module is without a doubt the most comfortable and ergonomic option for the Sig Sauer P320 that I have used to date, and I own quite a few from Wilson Combat, Polymer 80, Sig AXG, stock Sig X-Series, customized Sig X-Series. I really hope that Brouwer makes a Compact version in the future to fit 15rd mags.

I’ve tried every other P320 grip module out there, and this is the one I’ve been hoping for. This is a real- deal 1911 grip feel. The angle, shape, and front and back strap checkering are all spot on. Brouwer absolutely got it right with this one. Thank you.

    Better than stock grip but…

It’s too slick and needs more traction.

I’m not a fan of the design trying to mimic the side grip panels of a 1911.

The bottom rear of the grip could use some help.

The mag well, grip angle, undercut, tang are all superior and make the 320 better.

The grip is going to appeal to 1911 fans. But some of us dont really like some aspects of 1911 design.

I have to give them huge credit for their customer service and support. Not many companies can even come close to the level of support that was provided.

Excellent grip module for the price! The M1811 module provides great purchase area for the off hand to get a proper grip when shooting. The slim profile of the grip allows for greater control when shooting with a single hand. Just wish the grip had the option for carbide coating before I bought it.

I have carried a 1911 for several years before switching to the 320 with a red dot. Every time I dry fire practiced, my dot always presented a few inches high at about 10 feet. When I switched the grip out, it presented like my trusty 1911, spot on.
At the range, on target time is greatly reduced and follow up shots are noticeably quicker.
This grip is a must for anyone who cut their teeth on a 1911 and decided to have a more modern weapon system.
I just wish Sig would have thought about it when they built the gun, since they didn’t, I am glad Brouwer did!

Very comfortable, and gives a whole new feeling to the P320. Grippy, but not aggressive. If I had a complaint, it would be that the beavertail is too oversized; should be more like a X-frame in that regard. Also, for the price, I’d think it could come with an installed mag release.

I do look forward to getting a second module soon.

This grip module for the 320 is amazing. It’s comfortable, fits well in most hand types (I’ve let a lot of people try it out), and it’s still gripable in the rain. I use it for duty, and not only can I use this for a more tactical look, it looks really good in a Class A 80’s style throw back uniform. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable grip module to an already good handgun.

  85. Sam (verified owner)

Honestly love this grip mod. Ergos on it are fantastic. Maybe it’s the placebo effect but it really feels like it brings the bore axis down closer to your hands, compared to Sig’s and other third party grip mods, taming recoil and muzzle flip.

My only real gripe is the thickness of the front of the trigger guard which disallows use of most of the standard light rail interface keys, particularly with the x300, requiring you to use a universal key which leads to sloppy lock up on the rail. Easy enough to take a few hundredths of an inch off with a dremel but I feel like this could be very easily rectified by Brouwer in the design without compromising the integrity of the trigger guard.

Adding channels to add Tungsten weights similar to the Wilson Combat grip mod would be appreciated too. Maybe on the gen 2.

Fantastic module that goes above and beyond in fixing ergonomic issues I have with the P320. Excellent quality and absolutely no issues from Brouwer, however it would be nice if they had an option to include a OEM mag catch. It should also be noted that the grip itself can get pretty slippery in cold or wet environments, so I would definitely recommend getting some grip tape to beef it up.

Unfortunately, as much as this is a significant improvement over the stock or even XFive module, it wasn’t enough to convince me to keep my P320. Hats off to Brouwer though, if you like your P320 and want to make it feel better to shoot, this is an excellent option.

This is a great grip module, I purchased one to try specifically on my Sig P250 and it works, I just had to upgrade my trigger to the modern thin P320(M17/18) trigger because the old stock “Fat Trigger” of the P250 wouldn’t pull far enough to fire. The grip doesn’t come with a Magazine Release so you must also source that somewhere else. I really like the feel and the look of this grip module, it fits my hand well and I use the Medium Sig Grip Modules.
