Event Date:

April 28, 2024

Event Time:

8:30 AM

Event Location:

Ozark School of Gunfighting

This course is designed to fit the needs of new shooters and intermediate-level shooters alike. We will explain in depth the fundamentals of marksmanship, carbine/body mechanics, and cognitive processing. The biggest takeaway you will get outside of understanding how to efficiently utilize your firearm is how to move forward and advance in your own training. This will be accomplished with dry fire procedures, live fire drills, and how to properly record data on your training programs. Whether you are new to firearms or looking for a way to grow as a shooter this is the perfect starting point.

  • Safety Protocols, gun handling, and the reasons why.
  • Equipment Setup.
  • Individual shooter performance diagnostic.
  • Breakdown of human performance interface with weapons platforms.
  • Shooters will undertake an initial performance assessment, and finish with a reevaluation to define performance according to repeatable “standards”.
  • Shooting Positions.
  • Ballistic Lethality.
